Electric telescopic seat
Telescopic seat is rows of tiered platforms that can easily store away to make room. Each platform stored under the one above. Specifically designed folding seats fit to the platform and remain on the platform when stored.This product is made of high-density polyethylene by hollow blow molding craft, with impact resistance, corrosion resistance, heat resistance, easy installation and maintenance, anti-ultraviolet and long lifespan.
Technical description of movable telescopic stand structure system
1. support system
The design of supporting system is ingenious and scientific, making full use of the mechanical principle to ensure stability and greatly improve the parallel swing load.
It reduces mutual destruction in structures, and is easy to manufacture, easy to use and light.
2.Lower guideway system.
The interconnecting guide rail at the lower part makes the movable bracket lighter and keeps a straight line movement when performing telescopic action. In the meantime, it ensures the alignment between rows and disperse stress.
3.Upper guideway system.
The design of the system is well coordinated with the movement of the lower guide rail system, which ensures that the movable support keeps moving in a straight line during telescopic action.
4.main beam,front and rear beam system.
The integrated molding process is adopted to avoid the problems caused by welding and improve the bearing capacity.The installation and maintenance of the movable stand are faster and more convenient, and all the installation connection points are fixed with standard through stop bolts, thus realizing the standardization of the production of the portable grandstand.
5.Pedal system
Pedal: 3 mm thick Q 235 steel plate and 18 mm plywood (optional).
6.walking wheel system
three-layer structure wheel with double ball bearings in the inner layer, nylon in the middle and Polyurethane in the outer layer for wear-resistance.
